Chapter management software for YPO chapters
Quorum is chapter software built around the way a YPO chapter actually runs - the forums, the chapter office, Gold, the spouses and partners, the dine around, the retreat and the dues - in one members’ app and one console for the office. It grew up inside a YPO chapter, so the vocabulary is already yours. Quorum is an independent product, not affiliated with YPO.
The YPO year
A YPO chapter is several things at once: a set of forums that never read each other’s rooms, a chapter that gathers, a Gold section with its own calendar and books, and a household behind every member. Quorum keeps each one in its place - and every listing on the platform covers Gold members too.
Each forum gets a sealed space - its feed, its calendar, its member list - visible to that forum’s members and no one else, not the office and not Quorum. Moderators pin, lock and close; a monthly check-in shows the forum who could use a call; the confidentiality covenant is sealed once a season with one tap. A member of two forums reads both in one feed.
The members’ appInvitations that RSVP the whole household - member, spouse, kids and guests - with a note to the host, a waitlist that promotes on its own, waivers signed in the app, and a season that shows up in Apple, Google or Outlook. Reply to the invitation email and the RSVP records itself.
The console’s seasonHosts open their homes, one button seats every household that said yes - forum-mates split up, industries mixed, drives kept short, last year’s tables remembered - and every member opens the app to their own table, host and address.
Dine around, end to endGold members are fully in the same app: the Gold roster, the Gold calendar and the Gold books beside the chapter’s, each section’s money in its own ledger on one fiscal year. Office Hours lets a Gold member offer an hour a month, asked for in one paragraph.
The walkthroughThe Wing is the partners’ own app at the same address - their invitations, their directory, their calendar, their feed and a partners-wide chat across both sections - and it answers for the whole household. Not a guest pass.
The WingA deposit that holds a member’s spot, the release signed before the trip, a day-by-day itinerary, an arrivals board for airport rides, and afterwards a story page with the photographs - the chapter’s retreats kept on a globe, decades deep.
Travel and the archiveThe office sends a payment request from the console and members pay it on their phone. Reminders go out on their own, every request is an invoice in the chapter’s QuickBooks, and the board can read the books at any time. Nobody chases anybody.
The consoleA public application, the pipeline the membership chair runs, and the board’s final vote from their phones. YPO International’s flagship events - EDGE and the Global Business Summit - stand on the chapter’s own feed and season with registration a tap away.
The walkthrough

Moving a chapter over
Tell us who gathers and hand us the roster and the calendar - a spreadsheet is fine. No card, no call to schedule. Your chapter’s first screen takes shape as you type.
Past seasons import intact: the events, the day chairs, the headcounts, thousands of RSVPs and whole photo libraries. The chapter arrives decades deep on day one, and the feed scrolls back into its own history.
One email from the chapter, one sign-in with the address the chapter has on file, and each member is in - on iPhone, iPad, Android or the web, with a desktop layout of its own.
Year one is free for the first twenty chapters. After that, $4,999 a year per chapter - every member, spouse and Gold member included, every feature, no per-seat charges. The offer, in full.
