We sign in once with your ChapterPro admin login and copy every season, event, attendance list, the member directory and the banner art. Read-only, and the keys are deleted when the archive lands. If that login needs a code from your phone, make us a temporary admin login and delete it after. A member’s login works too. Add a roster file below for the emails and phones it cannot see.

Paste a link to a folder or album in Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Photos or iCloud, set so anyone with the link can view it, or your photographer's SmugMug, Pixieset or Pic-Time gallery. We copy its photos and videos after you sign up. A folder named for its event lands on that event.
Anything else that would help
Anything your files do not say: a board seat listed wrongly, a tradition the chapter keeps, who to ask about what. It reaches the person building your chapter.
Every piece here is optional. You can add more on your status page after you sign up. A person at Quorum writes to you there if anything is missing.
